Great numbers of supplements that would last me a while. I do take supplements from this brand and always seen results so can’t wait to see the results as after 3 weeks it’s a bit to early to say more. The size of the supplements are ok make sure you take them with plenty of water as sometimes can stack in your throat. Others than that they are affordable too.

It worked as I expected. The capsules were quite large, but overall it was easy to swallow with a glass of water. I didn't feel much different after a week of use, but I feel like this is normal and expected as it works over long term use. The pills are packed with high strength ingredients and I can see this fitting into my daily routine well. It’s good value for money.

Really great value supplement. I have noticed an improvement in my energy levels and general wellbeing. Easy to take with a glass of water, I would recommend giving this product a try.

Great value product as this comes in a very large pack so taking two of these a day, the bottle should last over 6 months! Great natural source of iodine and tablets are easy to swallow with a glass of water. Overall I am happy with this product and feel better for taking it.

These tablets arrived quickly and are in a large tub so will last for many months. Having taken them for sometime I do feel as though my energy levels are up. The only small negative would be that the tablets are quite hard to swallow as they are flat and tend to stick to my tongue.

I will not buy it again as it contains bulking agents, ie microcrystalline cellulose, which is a tree pulp. It is much better to get lugol iodine instead.
