I've used the orange silicone spoon spatula to make scrambled eggs and it does it's job, the only comment I have is that I feel that's a little on the shorter side. I love how the blue silicone brush feels when I use it on my pastries, length is just nice. The different colors are a plus for me because it's easier for me to identify which I'll be using when it's just sitting in the kitchen drawer. I took off one star because I feel that the spatula is on the shorter side when I cooked my scrambled eggs. It may not be a problem for other people who's going to use it for other purposes. This is a great set of silicone kitchen tools. I like how comfortable the handles are. They make it easy to stir and fold ingredients.I did think they were a bit bigger when I ordered them, but the size isn't an issue unless you're trying to use them for an extra large batch of something.I do wish the scraping ends of the spatulas were more firm to stand up a bit more against thicker batters and dough.Overall, I'm pretty happy with these.
