I went through too many trials and errors trying to simply fry chicken. I try to fry on the stove and the outside of the chicken cook way to fast leaving the inside chicken undercooked. I tried using a pressure cooker and the chicken burns in less than 6 minutes. And air frying chicken can be good sometimes, but it's just not the same as regular fried chicken. I decided to give this a chance even though I read a few negative comments. When I tell you my chicken came out exactly the way my mother would cook it, I'm not over exaggerating! Although I can only cook a few small batches at a time, it's well worth the wait to receive beautiful results of a perfectly cooked chicken. I would recommend this to those that are having trouble cooking Chicken on the stove!

Heats up quickly, and easy enough to clean given what it's used for. Some of the parts are a little loose fitting, and the basket has some stray sharp wires that stick out.For the price, it's not bad and works well.

I've always done all my frying in a conventional pot using a thermometer or chop stick to see if the oil was hot enough - not any more! With this fryer the heat rods get the oil to the perfect temperature in about 5-10 minutes. Easy to clean as well, just make sure to wipe down the sides with a wet sham cloth after every use and have a station where you can remove the heat rods to replace the oil when needed. You will rarely overcook your fried foods with this fryer, all you really need is a meat thermometer and 1 arm to lift the frying tray out to check to see if its cooked.You also have to make sure to slide the panel with the heat rod in place with the panel that holds the oil or the fryer won't turn on.

Heats up quickly. Top does not let the grease spatter. Very easy to clean. Cooks evenly.

Horrible. Do not order this product. Straight out the box I plugged it up and it would not stay on. The cord is super short and it never worked from day 1. Go buy one from Walmart or somewhere local then if its a piece of crap like this you can do an immediate exchange. It sat unopened a minute and now my window has passed but it NVERE worked straight out the box. Don't waste your money.
