The first couple of times I printed, it fed about 8 inches of paper before printing the receipt. I contacted customer service, and they were absolutely phenomenal. They responded in less than 24 hours and immediately offered to help troubleshoot the issue. I was incredibly impressed by how attentive and responsive they were. Even after I suspected the problem might be related to the software I was using, they didn't just stop there—they continued following up and working with me until we identified the correct settings. Now the receipts print perfectly every time! It's rare to find a company that stands behind its products with this level of customer support. Between the quality of the printer and the exceptional customer service, I couldn't be more pleased with my purchase. Review: Good for what it is and the price - FYI it comes with DHCP disabled - FYI it ships with a static IP address (192.168.1.87) by default. If your network uses a different subnet, you have to login to the web interface by putting that IP address in the URL bar, and change it to DHCP. To get to the web interface, your computer or phone also needs to have a 192.168.1.x address. There's also no way to secure the web interface that I've found, so if you put this printer on a public network, anyone else on the same network can technically access it and change your IP settings.

FYI it ships with a static IP address (192.168.1.87) by default. ### ⭐ Setup installer comes with free viruses!

So right off the bat the printer doesn’t work with USB or other ports. Great. Tried to use the set up usb tool and it installed Trojan malware/viruses on to my computer too. Don’t buy this piece of junk, have to return it and will definitely pay closer attention to reviews next time.
