What is the circumference of the Mat when rolled up? I need to know if it will fit on the back of our pontoon.

It would fit, however it will not unroll enough to be comfortable to lay on. We have had ours laying in direct sun and held down for days and it still rolls up so much it's not usable. It has already torn in multiple spots just trying to flatten it out.

How do you store this during the winter?

It rolls up and secures with velcro straps. and does not take up much space...we will store in our garage

Is it possible to cut the matt in half without damage?

I think no issue it is the same density everwhere.

how long will it last with full sun exposure

Mine is in full sun in the pool all the time. The color has faded, but the float has held up so far. First season. I do plan to take it out for the winter.
