I bout this twice in under six months. With a 2-3 day carb free diet,After each use I quickly lost 5-8 lbs. It def help to reduce the water weight/bloating and boost my metabolism

Waste of Money
Horrible flavor. You can taste the cayenne pepper through the syrup. Product did nothing for me. I didn't eat for 2 days and only drank this stuff. Waste of time and money with no effect. I will wait until my usual cleanse comes back in stock. Definitely would not buy again.
