Great in-depth look at examples of the laws of combat for kids. There is great chapter on leadership for kids., best foods to eat for kids in easy English, with what is good for you in a table (strong and weak foods). Sections on bullying, workout diagrams (deck of cards for kids is awesome !), how to respond in assorted situation and gaming. It's a great motivating book to inspire kids, which communicates in a language they will understand. Check out the other Warrior Kids books and the Warrior Kid Podcast. Highly recommended book for all kids.
