Pliers work just fine; maybe not so comfortable
It's a master link tool. Barring this thing snapping in two when trying to take one off, there's not much to say against it.Worst I can say is that the handles are just rubber casings on top of the already thin steel. It's not like you're going to need too much comfort with a master link tool, so it's not a huge ding. But compared to the thick handles of the Park Tool master link pliers, I would say it's a negative.Either way, you can't go wrong with this tool! If you're on a master link assembly line, however, removing chains day after day, and comfort is an important factor to your daily routine, then go ahead and go with the Park Tool model.

will not recommend. tool bent under normal use and rendered it self useless. bending it back into shape will only weaken the brittle aluminum

They bend.
The handle bent after the first time using it. I don't like Park Tools, but at least the Park ones at least don't bend.

Don’t waste your money
The first time I went to use them they bent instantly.

One Star
Very flimsy and bent without even moving the quick link.

Don't buy
Don't buy this piece of junk. I replace my chain every few months and dread having to use this tool. The handle bends making it impossible to install a new quick link. Spend the extra money and buy Park Tool.

Easy to use, fast change over of chains without hassle.

Does the job
Works well but the handles aren’t really up for a particularly tough link
