Dimples Excel Bike Bicycle Water Bottle Cage (2 Pack) (2 PACK ( Blue + Blue ))

My bike has seen many miles. Long ago, I nixed the water bottle holder for a bike pump and hydration pack. Now, I am carrying a toddler seat on the back and need a place to put my son's and my water. I looked around for cheap, and found these in a two pack for less then ten bucks. These are good for the money, actually better than I thought. They are aluminum and welded. They are sturdy and weigh nothing. I was going for a multipack because I needed two, but would gladly pay ten bucks for one. The mounting holes fit the standard mounting locations on my bike with no problem. They even included new allen screws. For my son's seat, I drilled two holes and put bolts through. They hold a standard 16 oz plastic water bottle and they hold my 32 oz water bottle as well (with a little stretch). Overall, I am happy with them, and could not ask for more.

This is my second set of these. I have a red set from a few years ago that's holding up well with almost daily use on a commuter bike. I liked them enough to buy a second set for my road bike.On the older cages the red finish is holding up really well, only wearing out where my steel water bottle rubs against it daily. That is to be expected and it not unusual at all. The blue finish on the new cages looks to be of the same quality.I like these because of the black plastic things that are the contact point for the bottle. This eliminates vibration, especially with use of a steel bottle that makes A LOT of noise when it's vibrating against an aluminum cage. The plastic contact point also prevents metal on metal rubbing that would wear out the cage and the bottle faster.So overall with 2 sets of these on 2 bikes and having used them for a couple of years I've been very happy with them.

I like these light weight holders for water. It was easy to install. They cost less than used ones at the flea market and those usually don't have screws, unlike these. You will like them so buy them if you need them.

Light weight and they hold the bottles firmly from the start; I didn't have to bend to fit. Sharp blue colour matched the paint on my recumbent trike. Came with bolts to attach to frame. Cages fit without any fiddling around or modifications.

These work great on our two mountain bikes. I uses metal straps to secure it to the bikes. It works great and is secure. It did come with screws to screwin but I disnt want to go searching for a drill to make holes and then screw it in. It works great. It holds bottles of water and my steel water bottle great.

I ordered my wife a Framed Minnesota 3.0 XWT (fat bike). She picked the one with blue accents (blue wheels, blue seat post clamp, blue stem spacers ...frame is black.) These cages matched the other blue goodies on the bike perfectly & they are very stout and well-built cages. Very satisfied / happy with the purchase.

My 14 year old daughter has a blue Fuji and these match perfectly.
