It is a average product.
There is a light buzzing sound when volume is increased. Screen resolution changes and comes to normal when switched off and on. Built quality is good.

Suitable for low resolution tv and monitors only
I purchased this device to setup my old cpu to play games on big screen tv or monitor. So, I do not need to install games on my working laptop. But, I noticed two major issue with this device. 1. It is not display anything in bios mode. 2. It is not compatible with FHD monitor. I checked this device on 22 inch HD tv and 27 inch FHD monitor. In both screens, it is only fits low resolution screen. In HD tv it fits 1280x960 and in FHD monitor it fits 1600x1200. Note:- It only works when pc is displaying boot screen or windows screen. It do not displaying any screen when you enter in Bios mode. So, it is not suitable if you want to work in bios mode to change settings like boot priority, cpu overclocking etc.

This adapter looks classy in black. Both VGA and HDMI have proper fit and premium look. Will update more after using it for some days.

Perfectly converts video from an RGB source to HDMI
I work with DVRs regularly. Out in the field, I don't want to lug a big monitor that can handle both HDMI and RGB. So I bought an Asus ZenScreen with built-in battery and a micro HDMI cable. Then I bought a good Micro HDMI to regular HDMI cable, and this converter. I plug this converter into the DVR that only has RGB output (which some older ones do), then I plug the HDMI to Micro-HDMI cable into this converter, then the cable into the Asus ZenScreen. And Voila! I have video. This converter is going to save my aching back, trust me.

Works flawlessly
I had a desktop computer I had ant to try to hook a regular tv up as a monitor and this worked so well!!! I no longer use computer speakers and upgraded the size of a computer monitor. I am so happy with this purchase it exceeded my expectations. I would highly recommend this to anyone it works.

It works but there are other better for the same price.
I bought this to replace another (from a different manufacturer - that only lasted close to One Year and One-Half.) But "this one" works ok but it has a poor quality video output - the image results is a little fuzzy and the colors are a bit faint. It is connected to a 24inch ASUS Gaming Monitor. Again, this one works OK - but I do say that the previous one that crapped out had a much better "clear" picture and color results.# I've given this adaptor six month of use before writing this review, I just had to comment because I could have bought a better product for the same price. So, for your consideration as well.For the price, it might be ok for 'older' monitors but it certainly disappointed me when I connected it to my ASUS monitor.

Works well.
Bought it to convert my pc from VGA to HDMI for my tv which had no VGA connection (smart TV). Works great and a good value. If you have the same issue this will work perfect for you.
