Amazing, a must have for the gigging drummer.
This review is for the R6RT cart, and I have to say that this is one of the best purchases I have ever made.As a regularly gigging musician (drummer) I spent years hauling in my kit a couple pieces at a time, constantly locking and unlocking the car and making multiple trips. Eventually I grew wise to the ways of the hand truck and purchased an industrial grade one from a local hardware store. Although it properly fit my equipment it was large and heavy and took up too much space in my SUV to be practical. Enter the R6RT cart from Rock N Roller. This thing was a god send, and has made the worst part of being a musician (load in/load out) so much more tolerable, and saves me a huge amount of time during set up. I play on a small "portable" kit and the R6RT fits all of my equipment snugly and easily, and breaks down to a convenient size that fits perfectly in the trunk of my car. The lightweight aspect of this cart is another huge plus. I also love the "no flat" wheels (a problem in the past with industrial hand trucks) which slide smoothly over most surfaces including grass and small rocks while remaining stable. I would recommend this cart 1000x over to any musician that has gear to haul. For anyone thinking of buying this cart, so not hesitate. However, the R6RT fits my small drumset perfectly, but anyone with a "normal" size kit will definitely need a larger cart; but if the R6RT is anything to go by, the bigger carts should be up to the same incredible standard.

The Little Cart That Could
What can I say? This multi-cart is amazing! After spending quite some time debating what kind of cart to purchase to make moving my music gear easier, I decided to finally pull the trigger on the Rock-N-Roller R6RT mini, and haven't looked back. This thing is great! I don't use many of the forms besides the standard cart layout, but it's nice to know that I can also use it as a dolly/hand truck if need be. Its the perfect size to carry two speakers, turntables and a gear bag. The fact that it folds up is a game-changer, too. I can take this anywhere, paved or offroad, and have never had any problems with it yet. This is a must-buy for any traveling musician!

Folds up small, strong, lasts for years, well made.
This was the first cart I bought to haul stuff for work. It folds up small, is strong, and well made. The cart is still going strong. First one purchased in 2012. It is great for hauling works stuff, things around the yard, and great to take on trips. It works beautifully as your own cart to pack your suitcases on to roll from car to hotel. Buy one! You will not regret it.

Great but only if used CAREFULLY and with your eyes open to its flaws.
I am now on my third R6RT Cart. I use it to haul a complete drum set, including 4-5 drums, cymbals, hardware, etc. and can do it in one properly packed trip. I can't live without this cart, so when this breaks (as I'm sure, like the first two, it will unless these problems get remedied) I'll just grumble but buy another because nothing else on the market does the job it does. The problem is that the has at least two major design flaws (those engineering awards they brag about should be reconsidered): In using it as an extended cart (which is a must for hauling a drum set), the end handles can only stay upright (unfolded) and in position for use in pulling or pushing the cart by releasing them from their folding storage position by pressing down (or stepping on) a steel cable on the bottom of each handle. That cable is inaccessibly attached inside the handle and is vulnerable to becoming detached by that pressing or stepping action. Detaching that cable limits its ability to be folded and easily transported or stored. So FIRST, DON'T EVER STOMP on that cable to release the handles at either end. Just press (or step) on it firmly but without excessive force or thrust; just enough to release the handle and no more. I've caused two to detach and some friends who use these carts to move heavy audio equipment have also broken two of them the same way. Extra hands helping to open or close the cart may jeopardize its life unless they know what they are doing. A broken or detached cable is virtually irreparable except (I'm told; never had the time to fool with it) after extensive delays for replacement parts plus difficulties reinstalling the cables. If only one cable is disabled you can leave the corresponding handle in an upright position and collapse the other one, and simply break your back maneuvering it in and out of your vehicle with the unfolded handle sticking straight up. Not exactly why you bought this, but... SECOND, while common sense dictates that you PUSH the loaded cart with the swivel wheels closest to you (think of yourself steering the rear of a hook and ladder), and that works perfectly, DO NOT EXERT MUCH PRESSURE PUSHING IT OVER A BUMP, THRESHOLD, ETC. When the handle is upright and you push on it, the force of the push is distributed throughout the length of the handle, which is resisted at its bottom by metal TABS that have now been added but which are thin and simply welded on. Those tabs can barely take the force necessary to move the rated 500 lb. load, and simply break off if stressed by resistance to the load, as when the cart encounters a threshold and requires an extra pushing thrust to overcome it. An earlier version of the cart had a sturdier solution but that design was abandoned for some reason (it exists on my first cart). Now, when all of the force is exerted from an extra strong push on those thin metal tabs it breaks them off the cart, which can no longer be maneuvered and thus becomes a stand for flower pots. I realized that vulnerability after I acquired the second cart after the cable broke on the first one, but, people being generally kind and helpful, someone rushed over to help me when I stalled my second cart on a threshold and before I could stop him pushed it too strongly, which broke both of those tabs (there's one on each side of each handle). Note that when you pull the cart instead of pushing it the bottom of the handle pushes against some nice thick structural steel and so even a good pulling tug should not hurt the cart or the handle. Unfortunately, when you pull that load it not only strains your back but you can't see where the hell you're going. Given that this is now my third cart, and this model has now been on the market for several years, I don't understand why those "award winning engineers" haven't solved these issues. My descriptions are of ordinary, everyday uses, not extraordinary applications The problems my friends have had are similar. Having said all this, do as I have. Buy it because when it works it is far better than anything on the market. But until they fix this (and if they do I may buy a fourth rather than risk this vulnerability) use it carefully, and regard it as inevitably disposable, although I use my original "pre-tab" cart unfolded permanently to move drums just from my studio to my vehicle and back, so its vehicle storage capability is no longer so important. Hope this was helpful, including to the company.

Handy and easy to use cart
I can't think of anything negative about this cart. It was easy and quick to assemble. It is very sturdy. And holds a lot of equipment. It's easy to roll, and collapses small. The price is reasonable as well. I highly recommend it.

This cart is AMAZING for my farmer's market setup!
I have an outdoor booth at a weekly farmer's market. I'm not able to pull my car up to load in/load out so I need a cart to move my setup to my space. Another vendor recommended this cart to me and I'm SO glad. It's super solid! The large wheels will roll just as smoothly through grass as they do on concrete and it's really easy to pivot and maneuver around obstacles. The adjustable length is super handy, and the cart folds up and fits easily in the back of my car. With my old cart, I used to make 4 round trips to move my setup from my car to my booth space, and then 4 more to repack the car. With this cart, I'm down to 2 round trips for setup and breakdown - that doesn't sound like a lot, but it's a huge timesaver. I know this cart is made for musicians, but it's fantastic for what I do!💗

Bought it for a move I needed to make on my own. I had to move all kinds of different sized pieces of furniture and boxes etc. This made it so easy. Set up was simple. Took only a few minutes. The ability to lengthen it and shorten for storage was also super helpful. Can take a lot of weight while the wheels move smoothly. Just an excellent and affordable cart. Multi-use.

Great cart! Strong, light and versatile. Wished the front wheels were a bit bigger, but overall love it!

Well made. Good company videos. I am a keyboard player (ie. lots of heavy stuff). This rig is perfect to move my gear around and save my back.

This is a great equipment part. The only thing I would have liked is to be able to buy a flatbed to put on top for smaller items so they don't fall through the spaces.
