The product not only did not come with the power adapter but once I bought it separately would not turn on. In addition customer support is not helpful.

I love it but I can’t find replacement filters? I gave it five stars because it works so well but it’s gonna go down to one star if I can’t figure out where the replacement filters are?

Après moins de deux semaines d'utilisation le panneau de commande est devenu non fonctionnel. Dommage car l'appareil est visuellement beau, très facile d'utilisation et silencieux!
