Product was good but service?????
I received my product in a very timely fashion however as lovely as it was the holes were slightly small for my viales. I emailed TheraPure asking if I could exchange it for another realizing all shipping costs would be mine and after 3 weeks I have not had a reply. I've since given the product to a friend and ordered another one from a different company. Very disappointing.
