Great product. My daughter got blisters on the first of 5 days doing the Camino de Santiago. She used the plasters for the next 4 days and completed the 101km walk with no problems!(She did use medical tape to secure them on to make extra sure they did not peel off so cannot comment on their sticking power but Will definitely buy these again as the padding was excellent! )

These plasters are brilliant when your ankles blister on the heel from new shoes. However, read the small print carefully which tells you to wait until they fall off themselves, otherwise only remove them by stretching the plaster gently parallel away from your skin, or else they will rip the wound wide open again and that is very painful!
