Nordic Ware Anniversary Bundt, 15 Cup, Silver

The perfect Bundt pan. When I say the cake releases perfectly from the pan, I mean I flipped it over and heard it hit the plate. No cajoling, tapping or prying; it just fell out of the pan. Let’s say I can be a little impatient when it comes to trying new items, so I only waited about 5 minutes for the cake to cool before I flipped it. I’m super impressed with how easily it came out and the handles on the side made it so much easier to handle with pot holders. Why haven’t they always had handles? The pan is durable with adequate thickness but not as heavy as my older pan. Still trying to be patient here as my 5 flavor glaze soaks into the cake but I don’t know how long I can hold out. Try this pan! It’s worth every penny and you won’t regret it.

This Bundt cake pan will make all the recipes I've tried from smaller cakes meant for 10 cup cakes up to the 15 cup size,beautifully. Of course you need to oil and flour it but it doesn't stick at all.

I really love this bundt pan. It’s heavy duty and works great. It looks beautiful and is functional. It was definitely worth the money.

Best Bundt pan I’ve ever used. The anniversary edition has earned high marks from this baker! Wish there was a tube anniversary edition. My cakes come out perfect every single time even if I flip before it cools. You won’t be sorry!

Excellent weight and well made product

I bought this Bundt pan for large cake batters that would overflow my other Bundt pans. I was careful to generously prepare the pan with baking spray. The pan isn’t as heavy and I expect but the baked cake slid out easily and looked great. Just what I wanted.

UPDATE May 31, 2017: I just had the opportunity to test the following Bundt cake pan and it is even better than this Nordic Ware pan. The aluminum/steel pan is actually heavier than this pan, and, most important, the silicon non-stick coating is much thicker than the non-stick coating on this Nordic Ware pan. Right now, it only costs a few dollars more than this pan, but I really suggest you take a look at this offering from USP Pan: USA Pan Bakeware Fluted Tube Cake Pan, Warp Resistant Nonstick Baking Pan, Made in the USA from Aluminized Steel . It really is a superior product. I used this Bundt pan for the first time, and it worked perfectly. The cake came out perfectly browned. I even mis-read the directions on the recipe and ended up leaving it in the oven a little longer than it should have been and the cake was still moist and delicious. This pan gave me a nice, even bake, which is critical in a Bundt cake. I love that it is heavy duty. I expect that it will last a long time. The non-stick coating is fragile--be careful around any metal implements as it is very prone to scratching. A few scratches is not generally a huge problem for me since I always grease and flour all cake pans, non-stick or conventional, but I was surprised it would be that fragile for a brand name cake pan. Otherwise, I am pleased with my purchase and I am considering buying more Nordic Ware Platinum pans in other shapes. Some of them are absolutely stunning.

This is so much nicer than the old Bundt pan my grandma had! I like that the coating does not wear off or scratch easily, the metal is sturdy and durable, and that the light color prevents over-browning, but what I like most of all is the handles! Do you have any idea how hard it is to grip a full, hot Bundt pan when you have puny hands swathed in bulky oven mitts? It was especially treacherous for me since I was making a Chicano Bakes choco-flan that requires a water bath in the oven — I would have dropped that cake or accidentally dipped the mitts in the hot water and scalded my hands if it weren’t for those handles. I would have preferred a prettier design, but this pan had the right capacity and was easier to clean and hold than the fancier ones. You can get away without buying the special Nordic Ware Bundt pan brush if you get the pan in hot soapy water right away. I also appreciated the note to use a flour-based spray to prevent tacky build-up and discoloration.

Good quality and design

Buen molde, de muy buena calidad y de material antiadherente. Se nota en la facilidad para desmoldar. Hay que tener cuidado de no rayarlo para que dure la capa de antiadherente. Los bizcochos quedan perfectos. Ojo es bastante grande, ideal para hacer bizcochos de gran tamaño. Un molde para toda la vida.

Ricercando qua e là, le varie ricette dei ciambelloni allo yogurt, mi sono imbattuta in un blog, a dir poco fantastico, dove veniva menzionato il brand Nordicware ed in particolare questo stampo descritto come il vero must have per gli amanti della pasticceria. È stato per me amore a prima vista e, seguendo i consigli della titolare del blog, ho subito ricercato su Amazon tutti i prodotti del marchio (e sono davvero tanti e tutti bellissimi) e ho scelto proprio questo. È arrivato in tempi brevissimi, ben confezionato di mattina e, nel pomeriggio avevo già sfornato il dolce. Beh, che dire: cottura uniforme e più soffice rispetto ad altri stampi, estrema facilità nello sformare e velocità di lavaggio. Prodotto robusto e di ottima fattura che, sicuramente, durerà nel tempo. Certo, costa molto di più di altri in commercio, ma è una spesa che si fa una sola volta se ben utilizzato e curato. Guardate poi gli altri stampi, c'è veramente l'imbarazzo della scelta: per i compleanni, per il Natale, per la Pasqua (stampi per gli ovetti) per i più piccoli, per i temi con i fiori, con gli ortaggi, con i paesaggi, con i castelli ed tanto altro ancora. Insomma, se avete voglia di stampi seri, il mio consiglio è solo uno: NORDICWARE. Per sempre.
