Wonderful, relieving
I love the spinal groove. The density of this roller is great, very sturdy. I have the basic trigger point roller, a double lacrosse ball set, yoga wheels, yoga blocks etc... a lot of pain in my life that I aim to relieve with these tools. I am super happy I purchased this roller with the groove & the price is perfect. For me an all cork yoga wheel with spinal groove was this products competing option. I purchased this one because it was about half the price. Glad I saved the money. Happy with the product.

Excelente!!
Muy buena calidad, alivia un montón la espalda, tiene un espacio donde pasan las vertebras sin ser tocadas, me encanta!!

Must have mobility tool
I agree with another reviewer who said this was one of the best rollers they've ever used. I have all kinds of mobility tools in my home gym, including several different sized foam rollers, and this one fits my body the best. I immediately noticed I didn't have to work nearly as hard to hold myself up on the roller and it just feels natural. No obnoxious ridges or bumps awkwardly poking into your muscles or spine while rolling.I get a much better stretch through my upper back and pecs when placing it under my scapula and reaching backward with arms overhead than I do with a traditional roller. Whoa. Total game changer. This would make a cool gift for the fitness lovers in your life. I'll probably get a few more and give them away.

Incredibly Stiff
This looked like the perfect roller. I only use a foam roller for my back but was disappointed at how a foam rollers broke down and became mushy with time. The padding on this roller is HARD. There is barely any give to it. It is virtually an "unpadded roller." I should have returned it.

The best
I own half a dozen back rollers and this one is the best, hands down. It's easier on your spine than most so you can use it more frequently

Stiff foam roller
The packaging has some example pictures and instructions. On the website I found one instructional video for the channel foam roller under the grid foam roller videos. As mentioned this is a special foam roller that can be used on the spine or the legs, hence the name channel.Even though it's a channel roller, it is not very forgiving as the "foam" is very hard (I can't say if this is rated "3" as I don't own a comparable one).Maybe my back doesn't have enough padding where it is uncomfortable, and maybe my calves are too thick where the channel isn't wide enough where it also doesn't seem to help.I'll probably stick to the massage gun.

Good design
Good:-Durable.-Product includes suggested movements.-Working to relieve muscle issues.Bad:-Does not appear to be made of foam.-Heavier and thicker than expected.-Chemical smell, but odor dissipated in a couple of days.I ordered the TriggerPoint Channel Foam Roller for Exercise, Deep Tissue Massage and Muscle Recovery (13-Inch). A foam roller was recommended by our trainer for part of a training program. We like that the roller has a hollow core. The channel helps you stay centered as you use it. The roller material feels like heavy duty rubber or plastic, not like the all foam ones at the gym. Overall, we find the foam roller to be useful and having a hole in the middle is an added feature that allows for easier mobility.
