These are awesome boots. I am a professional cook and I needed something both waterproof and steel toed. These are perfect. They have a round toe box that is extremely comfortable. They are also no-slip which is a must in the kitchen. They are a bit on the heavy side due to the steel toe although not uncomfortably so. They are extremely durable and a great value!

Keens have always been my go to for hiking boots. Their fit, comfort, and sturdiness have been good to me through geology undergrad and graduate field camps in the mountains and desserts of California, Nevada, and Arizona. While working in the environmental industry and basically living on construction sites I decided to try out Keens steel toe boots (after being miserable in red wings, cat, etc…). I bought these in October 2021 and right out of the box they were great… per usual there was zero break in period for me. From Oct to Jan, working 12-15 hour days climbing up and down soil piles, the boots were excellent. Fast forward to the beginning of Feb 2022 (4 months later) and I started to feel a lot of pressure against my right pinky toe. At first I thought I was a rock… but it appears the steel toe has shifted or the boot material adjacent to the steel toe has weakened allowing my toe to jam right into that corner piece. I’m hoping maybe it was a fluke, as my left boot seems to be okay. But considering the price of these boots, I expected them to last a lot longer than 4 months.Also, as I knew when I bought them, being waterproof/resistant, foot sweat was abundant. I’m really bummed these didn’t hold up as well as their hiking counterparts as there are very limited options for COMFORTABLE steel toes for women out there. Maybe I’ll give a different style a try and see how they hold up.******UPDATE 6/2023*******I ended up buying another pair of the same boots but a half size bigger. After a year of daily work in them they’re still going strong!!

I ordered these boots to wear at the horse barn. I work with draft horses and felt a 'steel' toe boot would be best. These look like a hiking sneaker...not looking like a construction boot. They are water resistant so walking in the dewy pastures is very helpful. I am pleased with them. They are a lot more comfortable than I imagined.

I bought these for work. They were out of my usual ones but they are close. They fit great. They are on the wide side, which is why I buy Keens. Lots of toe room. They are pretty comfortable, but a little less so than the ones they used to carry. All in all, a very good work shoe.

These are NOT metatarsal rated shoes and do NOT meet the OSHA requirements for metatarsals. Metatarsal shoes are a requirement for one of the job sites I visit. My shoes must meet ASTM F2413 requirements. Labeling uses a specific three or four-line format to identify the type of footwear and the hazards it protects against:Line 1: Identifies compliance with ASTM F2413 and indicates the standard’s year of issuance.Line 2: Identifies gender of the wearer (M/F) and meets the protection requirements for impact resistance and compression resistance.Lines 3 and 4: Identifies additional protection criteria for specific types of hazards. Metatarsal (Mt) resistance is now indicated on line 3.Line 3 of these shoes does NOT indicate Mt. The box also says "steel toes", which is not full metatarsal protection. I asked this as a question on the Amazon page, and I was told they were Metatarsals, but they are not.If you need metatarsal-rated shoes beyond just the steel toe protection, these are NOT it.

U.S. Women's Size 10. True to size. Well constructed as expected from Keen. Warm yet breathable. Sturdy exterior, steel toe. Comfortable insoles and wide toe boxes, plenty of room for natural placement of the toes when walking, or stooping.

These shoes have potential to be great if you don't spend 10+ hours a day on your feet. My feet had been hurting me from standing all day so I ordered up some Keens. I've had a few keens in the past that had always seemed really comfortable. I got these as my job involves a lot of water and chaos so waterproof steel toed keens seemed perfect for me- and they do those parts perfectly. These shoes unfortunately were not any comfier than the worn out tennis shoes I had been wearing before. And there was the added problem of the steel on top of the shoes- no padding between your toes and the top of the shoe so you tap the hard parts a lot and I ended up cracking a toenail. I had to get Dr. Scholls inserts to be able to wear these shoes and now they're perfect. Aside from the fact they literally look like clown shoes, which doesn't bother me much.

Great fit, comfort and dependable sizing. Please do not discontinue these shoes. Quality womens' workwear are hard to find in Canada. When you have wide feet the fit is so important. I have been wearing the flint line exclusively for the last five years or so and thankful for ever having discovered them. The last two pairs were ordered from this retailer since I cannot find them in brick and mortar here.

Not comfortable with size and material applied for return since last 9 days don’t get any response

These are fantastic for work. When we mop the floor I never have to worry about my feet getting wet. And they have excellent support for my Achilles tendinitis.
