It works...
We got this for the alarms only. My mums previous alarms went off when they were supposed and again at midnight no matter what we tried. The multi-alarm is fine, the pill holders are far to small. My mum is only 5' 1" and she finds them too fiddly, as she has heavy shakes...

Alarm clock display was broken
Nice idea but alarm clock display was faulty contacted seller for a replacement clock they said they couldn't do this. But I could get a refund from amazon. I'm using the pill box though and can't deal with the hassle of returning it

Great Concept! Recommend! ( Runs on 2 AAA batteries for a long time )
This has every feature my Mom never knew she was missing in her old cases until this arrived. Really well thought out design! Large enough compartments for multiple pills. Alarm is very loud. Also has an easy to read clock! I soaked the boxes in boiling water once and Mom was able to open easily with severe arthritis.
