Great for Mild Needs
These work great for me but I only need for them to absorb a few drops over a 24 hour period. My guess is that they could absorb a couple of ounces without feeling overly damp. I've washed them a few times on gentle cycle/cold wash using the netting bag which is provided. I then hang dry each one using a pants clothes hanger with clip-bar. They show no sign of wear. I purchased extra washing bags on Amazon as they are inexpensive and the package only includes one small bag for two pairs of underwear. They wash better with a separate bag for each one. The upside for mild needs is better comfort than disposable, better looking, and less junk in the landfill. I kept my disposables around for rare use like power outages, bleeding after surgery, etc.

I recommend it
It was perfect for my dad. At night this helped a lot and made our work easier. Resistant and of good quality

This is complicated.
I purchased these to see what the deal was. If you’re looking for a “last mile” product….something that will help for those long drives home when you’re doing the dance, they’re effective. If you’re looking for something to make it through those long movies, they’re effective. For a full workday, this isn’t the product for you. This product wears a bit bulky so it isn’t right for a warm workplace. This product will straight up leak out the bottom if you need a full void (I checked just to see how this product works). If you’re using this product to meet the “last mile” idea, you’re gonna be fine. The times when I would normally panic and let out just a bit is the amount of absorption you can expect. It works as advertised but not as much as I would have hoped for. It’s definitely not as effective as a diaper like I’m used to, but if you need it for moments where you’re normally a bit embarrassed like the last drips or a sneeze or long movies, you’re set! Just prepare to wear darker pants just in case!

Movable Pad
The underwear is comfortable and the pad is absorbent. However, the pad is only sewn in place at the top and bottom, not on the sides, so the pad had to be readjusted after laundering and does tend to move while wearing. This hasn't caused a problem yet, but today is only the second time I've worn them.

Very comfortable without any noticeable bulk under your clothes.
Functions well (if ordering correct capacity for your needs) with no leaks or odor between changes. These last much longer than stated and I've been using them for years and can be confident of no problems. Built so tuff and double stitched for strength.

Great fit
I purchased these for my fiancé because our healthcare stopped carrying them. I like that they came in black. They are real underwear and they really did help him with his incontinence. He was so pleasantly surprised that they fit so well he has a size medium he ended up buying two packs more after I bought him a pack, definitely worth the money. Made very well.

NOT Really
Nice idea. Goes further than other brands, but not far enough. In the long-run, it doesn't work and it's uncomfortable when the underwear starts to fill up.
