I have been taking 1 a day for the past 2 weeks. It has made a great difference in my IBS symptoms. Me acaba de llegar el producto que pedí, la cuestión es que son probióticos que deben enviar refrigerados y en el pedido del producto dice que me lo iban a entregar en una cajita con hielo y no fue así y tengo la duda de que perderán su eficacia, voy a hablar con mi médico y preguntarle, para saber si me son útiles, de otra manera me estaré comunicando con Ud.
