I absolutely love these electrolyte packets from LMNT! I’m currently breastfeeding and drink water all day long, but I still felt like I was constantly thirsty and never truly hydrated. Once I started adding these in, it made such a huge difference. Now, whenever I drink one, I actually feel hydrated and energized instead of still feeling depleted. It’s been a total game changer for me during this stage. The flavors are great, not overly sweet, and they mix really easily in water. I also appreciate the quality of the ingredients compared to other electrolyte drinks. If you’re breastfeeding or just someone who struggles to stay hydrated even when drinking a lot of water, I highly recommend giving these a try!

I can't say enough positive things about LMNT! I have POTS and anytime I start feeling a flare coming on, I can add a packet to my water and it lessens my symptoms. The taste of the watermelon salt is so satisfying. There are some days where I feel like it tastes like straight salt, but I know those are usually the days I'm feeling the worst and my body probably needs the salt more at that time. I feel like the value could be a bit better, but the benefits I get from it make it worth the money.

Very good product, for me is too expensive

I’ve been cramping a lot lately. I bought this product to aid in cramp prevention. So far it’s done the trick. Definitely tastes very salty but if you add it to more water then it dilutes it a bit. The watermelon flavor is really tasty!!

I have used LMNT for cycling, but when my wife was pregnant she would get these terrible cramps that would leave her howling during the night. It was so bad I thought she was going into labor. The only thing that helped these cramps were LMNT. The Watermelon Salt has a slightly sweet taste, like a Watermelon Jolly Rancher but less sweet and salty. My wife really enjoyed the taste. It's no secret that LMNT is basically just sodium, potassium, and magnesium with some flavoring and sweetener, heck even LMNT published their recipe for people to make their own electrolyte solution at home, but the point of LMNT for me in convenience. When my wife was howling in pain I didn't have the time to measure out an electrolyte recipe, rather it's just a packet, water, and ice and electrolytes down the hatch.

I have tried all of the LMNT flavors, they are all good, but I do really like this one! For anyone who is saying they are too salty, you just need to add more water, or less powder in your cup! 😂 I personally don’t love how salty it is to just add a full packet in a glass of water, but in my large yeti water bottle one packet is the perfect amount. Try it with ice and a squeeze of lime as well!

Great energy booster. I use twice a week. Tastes good.

Unhappy with the product... it said to be sugar free but has artificial sweeteners, Stevie. Hate it, hate taking Stevia. Would like to return it. And received with damaged packing.

Box was damaged. The salt was moist and the taste is not the original one but very bad. Seems like it was not stored properly. Do not recommend at all.
