Surprisingly happy with initial results
Every 3 months I have to go to the doctor to get a prescription refill, and in between the last visit and my most recent one, I decided to give Garcinia Cambogia a test run. In all honesty, I was just seeing if this stuff did anything without changing my diet or adding more exercise, and in the 3 months of taking it (and to be fair, I didn't take it on a strict regiment) and by literally changing nothing, I lost 6 pounds. What I have noticed over the last 3 months is that my appetite is not as large as usual, and I feel no jitters or anything adverse. My next steps will be to combine with diet and will report results after I visit the doctor in 3 months, eventually adding exercise. But thus far I am pleased with the product and the assistance it is lending towards my goals.

Waste of money
If I cld give a negative star I would have.. 1st week I GAINED 4 lbs, 2nd week I GAINED another 3 lbs even though I actually was eating less.. I haven't gained 7 lbs that fast in years! Waste of money...p.s. I was as tired as ever too..no notice of extra energy.
