Little pricey. we will see how long they last...Took them to the range yesterday and they worked perfectly! They are comfortable and block out noise just as good as my shooting ear muffs do. The muffs get in the way of my shooting my rifle. With these I have no trouble laying my head on the stock and sighting in....Great product!

I had waited about 2 weeks before I left my comments to give plenty time to test the product. For the price I was definitely expecting a lot more from it but was highly disappointed. These ear plugs are no better than the Mack's ear plugs I had been using for couple years now. They certainly don't block my partner's snoring! It does a good job in blocking other mundane noises like traffic/cars. But so does Mack's ear plugs. The only good thing is these are reusable and potentially could eliminate buying new ear plugs.

Great service. Ear plugs fit well and it's nice to be able to clean them and keep in storage case. I already had some hearing loss prior to buying the ear plugs. I use them primarily when I use a hair dryer. I can still hear the dryer, but they definitely help muffle the sound.

I did not like these earplugs. First of all, I had to cut off the first ring of the earplug to prevent the earplug from touching my eardrum. Even after that, these earplugs were very painful to insert and to wear due to the basic multi-ring design which applies concentric point compression loading on the wall of the ear. I'm going to try a multi-taper design which should spread out the compressive loads more evenly within the ear canal. Finally, when you try to pull out the earplugs with the strap attached, the bending-load causes the earplug to be off-center and is subsequently very painful when they are extracted. Without the strap, it's even worse.

I'm only giving two stars because they do keep sound out. But they hurt my ears so bad half way through the night I have to take them out. I wore them three nights in a row and I can't take it anymore. Bummer! I paid $16 and are throwing them away :(

They have fantastic customer service, and the ear plugs do really well in cancelling out a lot of ambient noise! These are not designed to completely block out sound, but if you just want to get rid of back ground noise, these are the ones to get! Plus, they're really comfortable and you barely notice they're there. Adept Sound made sure I was satisfied with the product, and I was impressed with how well they followed up and reassured me that they would do what they can to provide the best service. Overall, great product and great company!

These have been a day-saver for my autistic daughter. She brings them to school for those situations where the noise level is difficult for her to handle- the threat of indoor recess on rainy days used to make her panic before school, now she has a defense. She says they are very comfortable and coming from her, that means they are barely noticeable. We are ordering extra pairs for back ups.The only 'negative' is that the plastic case arrived shattered. Instead we keep them in a zip lock bag in her backpack.

I feel that the ear plugs work well enough but find they hurt. I feel my ear canal is clear of wax as well as it can be but it feels like the plugs push ear wax further in if there is any and causes pain. I can't decide if I'm doing something wrong or push them in too far. I also worry given the light plastic that it could rip and the plug be caught in my ear and I would need a MD to remove them.
