This pen is just the right size to fit in the pen-holder loop of a notebook; most pens are not slim enough. It writes well. The joint between the two halves is invisible. The clean lines and minimalist style are a good look for the professional.

I’m a bit of a pen snob. I love fountain pens but thereMessy. I took a chance since I like Cross. I love the slim design, the body is metal which is a win and the action is smooth. I will call out the body is textured a little bit so it gives you grip. The Gel is wonderful. I only use Gel pens or Fountain pens. Worth the buy for the price point

Some years ago I used this shape Cross pen with complete success in a work environment. These pens started skipping putting down ink and I was in denial. It was just once, will not happen again. I recently bought the red pens and the chrome pens. I have no pens that never skip putting ink on the paper. I now get it. They used to be a fine pen but that is not the case today.

First off I have to explain that I have been a Cross pen user for decades. Not just Cross, but I do keep coming back to them, so yes, I'm a fan. I'm also not normally a fan of slim pens, I normally go for larger body pens.However, I had need of a gel slim pen (don't ask, long story) and so this seemed a great buy, particularly for a .7 point with a solid metal body. So I bought this.Arrived in a wonderful box which I'll likely keep just for quality. Seriously, if you want to give a gift of a pen, this LOOKS GREAT.So why 4 of 5 stars? The cartridge that came with it (there is only the one that comes with the pen) was dead on arrival. So I have no idea how well this writes. First time for one of my Cross pens. Given that we can never know how long a given pen has just sat somewhere waiting for an owner, these things happen. But this can't be a 5-star experience for me.UPDATE: I bought some generic refills. Actually kind of nice because these are plastic rather than metal so you can see how much ink is left in there. They too say .07 point size but writes a bit more like a .05 if that matters. Nice ink flow with these refills (Amazon, Jaymo package of 6, Gel Rolling Ball pen refills) and the body feels good in the hand as described above. So likely I now have a life time of writing with this pen.

Great writing pen love the design

One of my favorite pens. I prefer the Cross Century Classic for feel, but the Click is very nice, too, and comes in different colors.
