Missing glue
I bought this because I had a small dent I needed removed. Doesn’t come with everything you need and zero instructions.

Important information for buyers!!
Now this is very important, one of the things not clear in the product description is how to use it, I found it hard to use at first but after watching some YouTube videos I managed to make it work. You will need the right type of glue stick (can be found in amazon, yellow and black) for this purpose and a regular glue gun, now, even after that, you will need several cycles of gluing and pulling, gluing and pulling. It is clearly a patience game, so be aware, it works, but you will be outside for a few hours, and if your car got hit by a hail storm like mine, then will be several hours for a few days. The job once done, doesn't look professional at all, but hey, you are saving a couple thousands with a 12 buck amazon item.

Poor function
The glue from the glue stick does not adequately stick to the plastic pull adapters. Does not work.

Not What I thought it was
I ended up returning this product. I was under the impression that the small blue pieces that came with the main device had suction on them. They did not. I needed a device like this to get a dent out of the fender of my truck. I tried using an adhesive on some of the blue pieces, but it was unsuccessful. I don't think there were enough details listed in the description to give the buyer a clear enough idea of what this device could do. I was disappointed.

Worked for me.
Recommend you watch a YouTube video on this. It’s a process, takes several tries and you have to go slow each time. I pulled a dimple out of a super duty tailgate. Fairly thick metal. Again, take time and be patient. Would buy again. Saved me $150 and waiting a month for the dent guy.

Kit does not include. Product useless without.
These suction cups are not suction. They need to be glued an difficult to remove without recking finish on tinted area.
