HobieKayak Cart for iboats

If mounted in the holes that match the spacing, the wheels just fall out. One way to make them work is to use one of the mounting holes and one of the holes on the side of the mirage drive opening (see photo). They are now canted at an angle but do not fall out all the time. A dreadful overpriced low grade product. Very surprising from the makers of such amazing kayaks!

I almost didn't buy it when I read a review saying it was cheaply made and another saying it did not fit an iTrek9. Hmm? The one I bought was light like the ultra light iTrek, but made of steel. It fit in the two holes. I have moved my iTrek loaded down with gear, over smooth and rough surfaces, with ease.

The Hobie Kayak Cart for iboats is really cheaply made and not worth getting. The wheels are total junk and because it is so narrow, if it is used on uneven surfaces, it can easily tip over. going through sand, or over rocks is difficult as the wheel is so narrow. I would recommend getting the HOBIE Trax plug-in cart instead. It has a much wider wheelbase and the tires are much better suited for use on all surfaces, not just hard even surfaces.

They work fine, it would be nice if they didn't slide out so easily.

It allows me to move my inflatable hobie with ease.
