With a few simple modifications you can turn this into a much more helpful product...or products. First, if you ever plan on adding or removing cables, as others have said, you definitely need to skip the included double sided tape (a nice thing to include, by the way) and use velcro. I had read the other reviews and purchased some in preparation. Second, this is definitely way bigger than it needs to be, and you can turn it into two cable organizers if you cut it in half perpendicular to the cable slots, but why stop there? This is made of sturdy foam rubber, and you're unlikely to be yanking on the cables day after day, so you could easily turn this one $5 cable organizer into four cable organizers!I initially bought this to control my USB cables at my desk, but after cutting it up with a pair of scissors I turned this one item into cable organizers for my desk, both nightstands and my kitchen. Well worth the money spent!

Works perfectly, but the adhesive for it is crap. I recommend putting velcro on the back. For one, the adhesive wears out quickly and the holder no longer stays in place, but most importantly, you add and remove cable by flexing/bending the holder. If you can't remove it from what it is attached to, which is how the included adhesive strip would work, its a HUGE pain to get cables in. By some velcro and call it a day. This works extremly well once you mount it properly.

Works just like it should. After using the double faced tape on the bottom to "secure" the device it effectively locks cables into the foam block and immobilizes them on whatever surface the block is attached to. Cables won't go anywhere which is great, the bad part is you have to remove the tape from the surface entirely just to be able to take remove a cable (let's say for taking your charger traveling). Easily solved by having more double faced tape on hand, but could be more effective if there was an adjustable locking mechanism.

It looks like a simple unnecessary item but I found this unit design very helpful since I plug, and unplug multiple electronic gadgets often. Often the cords get shuffled on the table, they would fall off the table and onto the floor but this unit keeps the cords from falling. It does not take much space on the table but keeps the small cords visible on the table making them manageable. This is my 3rd unit and the price is very reasonable.

I had wires the were going to be on my new desk so i need something to keep them organized when i chose this i had 4 wires so i purchased this it can hold five but upon getting it I didnt like the wires all bunched up so I took it and cut it in half so now I can hold ten if I wanted to. I also have them coming from two different angles for different things that sit on my desk

This is great for an office or home desk. Usually I have to place wires and chargers carefully so they don't fall behind the desk, and each time you have to unplug one thing others get jostled around. The cable station is small enough to be very discreet, and by placing it right at the edge of my desk it doesn't get in the way of my workspace. Also, you can chose how far to extend the cable, so it's east to have different cables at different lengths. I would highly recommend this product for anyone who has more than one cable that sits on a desk. Fantastic price, too.

I cut this item in half (perpendicular to the cable channels) to be placed on the back edge of my night stands. This way, I avoided having to purchase 2 Cable Station minis. They work great for keeping all of my cables kempt and serve as a rubber bumper against the wall. The next thing I would reccomend would be to place in line wieghts on the cables so they will have abias to retract (like a kitchen sink wand). I also wish they would come in black, instead of just beige and gray - Not everyone has the need to write on them

I bought this to gather the Cable Matters 5-Color Cat6 Snagless Ethernet Patch Cables running to the back of my new ASUS RT-AC66U router. It works perfectly for that application so, I bought a couple more. I recommend this organizer to anyone who is routing cables to the back of a router because of how easy it is to move the cables (add or subtract colors, etc.). It is also working well at a gigabit switch I use to connect my new 60 inch smart TV, a blu-ray player and a satellite DVR to a new HP Envy used as a video server.

We received the order on time. The directions state to put the wires you want to organize into the device and then apply the double sided tape to a desk or whatever. We wanted an organizer to repeatedly put wires/cables/ear buds into and out of. The fit is too tight for that as the slots close when you lay the holder flat. We trimmed the slot with a razor to make the slots larger so that we can use the device repeatedly.

El orden en los cables es fundamental para la vida de los aparatos que están conectados. Hay cables que tienen que conectarse para realizar una función y desconectarse en cuanto se lleva a cabo y es práctico mantenerlo cerca por el uso constante, como cables de carga para la tableta y el teléfono. Esta estación mantiene el orden de los cables, la cercanía y y se puede fijar al escritorio sin necesidad de tornillos. El precio es muy accesible. Lo mejor y más práctico.

Ninguna queja respecto al producto y su acabado. Pero en cuanto al diseño y funcionalidad, les sugiero que si son de los que tienen cables de diferente grosor, sean concientes de que es algo complicado sacar y poner el cable en el organizador. Si bien siempre estarán seguros y organizados, hay que usar las dos manos para poner y sacar algunos cables de grosor mayor a los convencionales como los usb, por ejemplo.

Producto maravilloso, tengo uno en cada buro de la casa y hasta en un frigobar. Única desventaja es que poner un cable una vez que ya esta pegado el producto es complicado y puede ser fácil dañar el cable, pero por todo lo demás, creo que es la mejor opción

El pegamento que viene no funciona. Se me despegó a las 2 semanas sin humedad ni movimiento. Por todo lo demás es funcional y oculta los cables muy bien. Como tip: pon cables que sean fijos, es decir, que no tengas que estar quitando y poniendo por que después de pegarlo ya no podrás sacar el cable hasta que lo despegues de nuevo. Primero pon los cables por que la estación se abre y después pega.
