I had bought a set of these spoons for a friend because they reminded me of those ceramic spoons used in Pho restaurants that she loves so much.We used them and I personally found them to be perfect for eating soup, cereal and other foods and helping to prevent myself from getting soup in my beard like with other traditional spoons that have a shallow spoon area.I like the fit and weight too, along with the plain look, but not appearing fragile like a ceramic version.

I like the spoons' quality, design, and size. Perfect for soups and cereals. Good value for the money.

Like the spoons, sturdy stainless (silver not black plated). Easy clean, hold good volume of food. First used for Ramen, then for baked beans with chopped up hot dogs. Next use soup or rice + veges or a pasta meal. Only issue is handle about 1/2" shorter than I would like, otherwise fine for intended purpose. Edges not sharp, but will probably use fine emory cloth to round a tad bit more. Of the 6 that came 1 will go in a small solo SS Peak cookset along with SS spork w/o cutting edge. And one will go in a Condor hydration pouch with a Klean Kanteen water bottle and 18 & 24 oz GSI SS cups, emergency set in the car. Others for house use.The spoons are China made, but seems like good stainless steel. Worth the cost. People may dump on Amazon, but they sell things I do not find elsewhere. Like some of their Basics cast iron cookware pots to use as a slow cooker instead of electric ones. Think 1880s way of cooking and Little House on the Prairie tv show.

I bought these spoons specifically so they wouldn’t fall out or be knocked out of the bowl and splatter soup everywhere. The longer soup handles would be knocked by me or a dog’s tail and create a mess. These spins are so much more than just capable of stopping an accident. The weight is perfect in your hand and the bowl of the spoon is large and easy to eat from. Additionally, they are attractive and inexpensive.I love them and highly recommend!

These are the best soup spoons I've ever had. Good quality,nice weight and perfect size.

These are pretty great soup spoons. They’re deep enough that they’ll hold a mouthful of “whatever” without having to fill it to the rim and risk spillage.The slope from the handle to the spoons’ bowl is well done - and IMO, the best feature. It allows the spoon to be dipped into a deeper crock / bowl without having to tip the bowl or hold the spoon at an awkward angle.The spoon itself seems short in length, relative to the bowls’ size, that is. Not so much that it’s awkward, just unexpected in its proportions. Someone with bigger hands might find the proportions more odd - a longer handle may serve them better? I found them very comfortable to hold / use.I haven’t had and used these long enough to determine how well they’ll hold up - but I don’t really expect any issues with that.I don’t receive any compensation or incentives for the reviews I write.
