As a flight attendant it is hard to eat healthy on the road. It sounds great to be staying in hotels and eat in restaurants all the time, but I miss my wife's great cooking. Now when she cooks dinner, she will make extra for my trips. They are easy to label. They store nicely in the freezer. The 1lb size is just enough for a meal. Note for flight crew members - The airlines uses the 2lb size so these fit in the ovens on the planes.I have a Hot Logic and can fit 2 of these in it. These is a great way to heat them up at the hotel. I put them in a Zip-Loc bag just in case of leaks. No Tupperware to clean!
