This's the best bread flour that you can buy.
I bought this flour as I was looking for a flour with a high gluten content and this one has it.I have made several loaves of bread, with great results and a very good flavor.The soft crumb and crispy crust as a good artisan bread should be.The price of it is quite affordable, since for 20 pounds of it one does not pay more than 23 dollars while other brands have prices that are from another planet.If you want to make a good loaf of bread, try using this flour just once, I think you will not regret it, since I repeat, it is a very very good flour for all types of bread where a high gluten content is required for its preparation. .For that reason I give it 5 stars and recommend it since the results I have obtained are spectacular.I have not only used it to make bread but also for focaccia chiabatta bread pizzas and breads with seeds and flour mixture...The end result is phenomenal., try it just once and see for yourself.

Best bread Flour I’ve Ever Used
I bake a lot of bread. I also move every couple of years overseas for work. Local flour is ok sometimes; sometimes, I order flour from the U.S. in 50# bags. I always have to tweak whatever I up with additional gluten or diastolic malt powder with mixed results. I cannot describe how delighted I am with this flour. My baguettes are light and crispy, and flavorful. A recipe that includes oats , wheat germ, and whole wheat flour came out perfectly browned and with a wonderful oven spring for the first time in years. This flour required no tweaking and the results are the best I’ve had in years. I rarely write reviews, and I’m not devoted to many brands or products. This bread flour will be one of the few exceptions.

Excellent Bread flour !
I have used this before and it is wonderful and consistent to use in my sourdough recipes. I ordered a special deal that included 40 lbs in individual 5 lb bags and it arrived intact. The cost was 50% less than the cost at my local market. Thank you for such a great deal !

If you enjoy bread and arent afraid of baking, youll love this
This flour makes really great tasting bread using a simple recipe. Tastes amazing as sandwhiches, with soup, as french toast and more. Make it in the evening, let dough sit covered overnight, then cook for hour in morning using dutch oven.

Great Flour!
Very happy with this flour and all other Bob's Red Mill flour/grain products that I have used. As a VERY amateur bread maker (although I used to OWN a bakery...!? Long story.) If anything. I found this bread flour to be extra "springy" where I had too much rise! But this, as any bread maker knows can be a function of all kinds of baking variables, so who knows, but I don't consider this a fault necessarily.The one thing I take a star away for is packaging. And this actually applies to ALL major flour milling brands. (You too King Arthur, Gold Medal and Robin Hood!) Could you PLEASE give some thought to providing us with some kind of "zip"-lock bags of flour and grains! At least up to 5lbs sizings.. At any given time, I have over twenty different flours and grains in my pantry in bags and original packages. the latter with folded up tops all spilling and leaking all over the place! I get that this would add cost to the product eventually at the end, but I;d pay another 50 cents for the brand that does this!C'mon Bob! You're #3! Make a move,,,
