I bought this as a set and came with the pre-shampoo and the shampoo and conditioner after many hours of research on several different platforms and different store sites reading peoples reviews I decided to go with this brand as I’ve had previous luck with L’Oreal brands in the past whether it be from hair products to make up products. I think they’re a great line. I use a very expensive shampoo and conditioner Urology Because I have very thick naturally curly hair that’s down to my butt. It’s very hard to manage and I live in the hot humid Florida heat my hair tends to be very dry and frizzy at the ends only so I read somewhere that it would be good to try a bonding routine to try to soften maintain the frizz. I didn’t wanna spend an extreme fortune on this product that you only use anywhere from once to twice a week, I only wash my hair twice a week, so therefore that would leave one shampoo with the bonding treatment and the other with my regular shampoo and conditioner. I follow directions and use the pre-shampoo and left it on for five minutes after rinsing it out I felt that my hair felt a little dry, but once you complete the process with the shampoo and conditioner, your hair actually comes out very soft, silky, shiny smooth, and it does tame the frizz. I let my hair dry overnight and when I woke up in the morning, my ends were not as frizzy. My hair was very soft and manageable

I really like the shampoo. It works and smells amazing. The conditioner smells like hair developer or dye. Very strong. It doesn't seem to make my hair feel smoothe, but rather coarse.

This shampoo and conditioner is amazing for the price point. I've been using salon-quality shampoo and conditioner for years, but due to a recent layoff from my job I was seeking a more affordable option.For reference, I have naturally straight, mid-length, copper dyed, and fine hair. I exclusively air-dry my hair when I wash it, and only wash it about every three days.This product did a great job of both cleansing my hair and not weighing it down. I feel like the bond repair claims of this product are working because just after the first use, my hair was a lot softer and frizz free when dry.You really cannot beat this price for the shampoo and conditioner, so if you have been curious about this product I highly recommend giving it a try!

I have been using Matrix Biolage shampoo and conditioner for 5+ years and finally got sick of the price for them. I stumbled upon this shampoo and conditioner combo and boy am I happy I did! I still get the same great results for a fraction of the price. I have fine/thin hair with some natural waves and this has worked wonders for the past week that I have owned it and I will never go back! It does have a strong scent at first but that's only because I wasn't used to having such a strong scent with my previous shampoo and conditioner. Now after a week I can hardly notice it as I am used to it. The conditioner isn't very milky/creamy as your regular conditioner, more of like a mixture between a harder lotion and toothpaste (if that makes sense). All in all, 10/10 from me!
