High winds can wreck havoc on outside hanging devices... this help give some spin and movement and decreases chance for damage, lifting off the hook! Works well for plants on the front porch or deck, they can spin around to see the other colors of the flowers, and makes it easier to water.

I ordered two sets of these spinners a few days ago and have already received them three days earlier then they promised me. I just installed them and am very pleased. If they continue to work as they presently do I would highly recommend them.
