Used for a garden gate. Installation took a little while as there’s not much room for error, so needed to keep adjusting. But now it’s in ( 3 weeks) it’s working well. Mainly using the supplied key cards rather than fingerprint for access so far. Decent quality, TT Lock app easy to use, so generally happy.

It does well what it’s supposed to do. Works with fobs, codes, fingerprints and keys. Easy installation. BUT IT IS NOT WIFI. You HAVE TO BUY A GATEWAY FOR THAT. It’s not shown anywhere. You only discover that when you try to connect. Also, you need a subscription for the good features. Also not advertised in the title. It’s a good standalone intelligent lock. Would be awesome if they bundled with the gateway and offer a different subscription model. Finally, support is fast but they denied they are misleading customers, so they got reported to the market regulatory authorities.

very easy to use and works well the tamper alarm is great as well. you do need to make sure all is aligned correctly for this lock to work as it should

just fantastic about an hour to instal and setup fingerprint recognition a bit flaky but the password entry is just great a bit on the expensive side but very well engineered strong and sturdy I have recommended this to a very good friend of mine and will cary on singing its praise.

DO NOT BUY ! stopped working after 3 weeks, seller keeps making excuses, they are not weatherproof his email says so. Batteries depleting in one day or less he said it’s got water inside. Weatherproof caps missing, again this is my fault according to Sunny who sends all replies. Worst transactions ever on Amazon. I’ve had to buy new locks to replace this this crap

Why is there no rubber seal provided like your competitors to stop water?

Easy to install and program and great value

Generally the lock is good. Not easy to install. The installation template does not fit well for left open door, with misleading positions. The supplied screws are long enough but require you to cut it as according to the door thickness. That spent quite amount of efforts.

Have it in the front door , installation was very easy with the drill template , installation in the app is perfect . Fingerprint installed and working perfect used one rf for the cleaning lady she can only access on Friday :) . Have nothing else to say that I am very happy with it and it works perfect . One happy customer here :)

Al ponerlo, se me rompió el cable al girar la llave. Tuve que hacer un empalme. A pesar de todo funciona correctamente.
