I've been using these many years... when they were still called Mendamine. The formula works better for me than the many others I tried before. If I change brands or do without these I'll start arthriitis symptoms in my back. They are fairly large and the flavor is bad is you don't swallow immediately. But they're worth the trouble. A petite size would be appreciated.

Have taken for a month and there is no noticeable change. 3 tablets a day.

This product seems to reduce the pain in my arthritic knees. I have been taking it for about a month and a half and I feel less pain. It seems to be more effective than the product I was using before. The only other thing that has changed is the weather and I could never attribute more or less pain to that. I would recommend trying it for arthritis.

It has all the ingredients listed to let you know what's going into your body, and most if not all; it's all natural herbs. The price is much cheaper than another brand I was using, and it gave the same results. I do highly recommend it to others. I am completely satisfied since I use holistic medicine to treat nearly all of my pain.

I need a full knee replacement, while waiting my knee has been SO uncomfortable! When I started to take it rather quickly the pain diminished. I ran out & re-ordered but unfortunately that order didn’t get to me. I had to re-order again and was off this for about two weeks. Finally received it and it helps knee again. I also take it with Hyalauronic acid and that helps as well!

I have definitely noticed a benefit since I have been taking mendamine three times a day . I feel much more comfortable . I have generalized osteoarthritis . I have started getting knee injection . My doctor was not familiar with this supplement, when he looked it up he said " wow good stuff " I found that very comforting !

No benefit in case of severe osteoarthritis
