Ccna Routing and Switching Icnd2 200 105 Official Cert Guide

I can't believe I'm writing a good review for this book. After enjoying reading/studying Lammle's ICND1. Lammle's writing style is active, direct to the point; making the book easy to read. Contrast to Odom's ICND1's writing style which is passive, and some topic's explanations are repetitious. Lammle explains a topic in 1 page while Odom takes 2 to 4 pages (average). However, as for ICND2 books comparison (Lammle vs Odom). Odom's ICND2 book is more superior than Lammle's ICND2 book. I bought Odom's book first. Being spoiled with Lammle's writing style, it was hard for me to read the first chapter of Odom's book. I would get frustrated with Odom's repetitious writing style that I would get a mild headache. So, I decided to buy Lammle's book. Lammle's ICND2 book has the same good writing style, however, it has half less pages than Odom's book. I decided to give Odom's book another try. However, this time around, I started reading last 3 chapters of the book. The last chapters was written more active than the first chapter. After reading the last chapters, I got accustomed to Odom's writing style. So, I flipped the book and started reading the first chapter with no problem. Now, while I'm writing this review I'm on chapter 7. Additionally, Odom's book have more topic explanations than Lammle's.

Great book. Wendell knows how to teach and present. Very easy to understand. The included labs are relative to the exam! Buy this book and keep it in your professional library.

Well informative and the disk included helps too. Like any technical book, it can be dry, but it covers a lot of things. This was recommended to me by a co-worker who is certified already and along with some videos I'm preparing for the test within the next month or two. If you can find this used, save some money, but it's still worth the investment to purchase new too!

Extremely thorough manual with everything you need to know to pass the CCNA/ICND2 exam. I originally purchased the ipad version and highly recommend avoiding the electronic copy and opting for this hardcover book instead. It makes studying much easier as you can view more material, make necessary notes and highlight. You will also get a handy disk included with plenty of tools and resources to maximize the effectiveness of your study time. I recently passed the ICND1 exam and used the same Cisco Official Cert Guide (ICND1) as one of my primary study sources. I highly recommend this to get the knowledge you need to pass. I only rated 4 stars because of the complete overkill of information in the book. Some of the concepts in the book will not be covered in the exam. I'd rather see a book centered focused only on the concepts in the exam.

Used this book as a major part of my studying, and I passed. It's well written and to the point.

Great book. Bulky in size but well explained and a lot of extras.

Official Cert Guides are only for people whom are first getting into the Cisco product normally. The "Foundation Learning Guide" should be read after as it normally has more detail. Great read.

Excellent book. I recommend this to everyone that want to take can exam.

Amazon mais uma vez está de parabéns! A entrega estava prevista para chegar em 17/08/18 e chegou em 08/08/18. Os livros chegaram bem embalados e em perfeito estado. Sem dúvidas, é um ótimo livro pra quem busca aprofundar-se no assunto e conseguir a certificação. Um aspecto que pode ser um problema é o fato do livro ser em Inglês. Mas acredito que todos os que estudam para esta certificação já estão em um bom nível de Inglês. É unir o útil ao agradável.

From a person who read the 1st volume ICND1 100-105 this one is a little bit more complex, not only by the topics but also in the explanation. The book is by no mean a bad one. It is still a great resource for exam preparation or as a reference. It is just not as perfect as the 1st volume and thus the 4 stars. Pros: 1-Wendell Odom Style. 2-Full Preparation for the exam 200-105 3-Relatively cheap compared to other CCNA books. Cons: 1- More ambiguous than 100-105 2-CD Test sets not working (at least in my case)

Es el libro editado por Cisco. es mas pequeño que los anteriores. Es correcta como guía de estudio, si bien no incluye prácticamente laboratorios.
