Amazing bone broth - helps muscle pain!
I first used this bone broth on a trip to Finland when I noticed it was in many stores and decided to give it a try...All I can say is "wow"! I suffer from sore joints and muscles after training and after about 2 weeks my soreness is massively reduced. It's also great for the gut.I used to order online but noticed it on Amazon in the UK, amazing!!!I found compared to other bone broths the taste is a little different but perhaps because there are no additives. It's also from wild reindeer so is a different taste to beef or chicken but in my opinion far better quality than farmed stuff.Add salt, pepper and your spice of choice (I like a little cayenne pepper) and it is perfect 👌.

Omg this tastes disgusting 🤮
Well I’m sure it works well but that taste is really rank! Best way to consume it is to hold your nose and add lots of salt ! I usually get beef or chicken which both give a nice flavour so I thought it would be similar , boy was I wrong ! Also really expensive but all that said I reckon it’s very healthy. However I won’t get it again .

Easy to use Bone Broth
This bone broth has a very mild flavour and doesn't change the flavour of the food or drinks when I add a teaspoon of the bone broth flakes.

No Flavour Whatsoever
I used the instructions on the jar, measured out 250ml of water to get it right and a teaspoon of the powder. Pale grey and totally tasteless result. I then read the info here about the product and it says ‘a mug’ of water and ‘1 to 2’ teaspooons of powder. So I did a mug and two teaspoons. Slightly more colour but still absolutely NO FLAVOUR AT ALL. This stuff is, I’m sure, nutritious, but I bought it thinking I would have it as a delicious drink. Very disappointing on that front. So I’m hoping that using it in stock etc will bring benefits.

Recommended for Broths, Soups, Sauces or to add to dishes. Add 1-2g (one-two teaspoons) in a cup/mug of hot water for a bone broth, add spices and vegetables to taste. Best before: see label.
