Strong enough for door curtains, needs more hooks and eyes
This is covered wire you can use to hang light weight curtains, either top only for windows and entrances or top and bottom for on-the-door curtainsThe roll is about 5 metres long which is roughly 16 feet and sufficient to do about 5 door ways. The wire comes with 5 open hooks and 5 closed loops so if you are needing it to hang more than 2 door curtains , you will need to get more .If you pull out just what you want from the roll without undoing the band holding it together, the rest stays securely rolled making it easy to store. The screw thread on the hooks, twists into the end really tightly , once in, it doesnt come out but instead tries to unscrew the coil of wire inside the casing so its going to stand up to a goodly amount of curtain pulling.Cutting the wire to length was a bit fiddly as I only had scissors or standard pliers.I managed it with the pliers with no damage to their teeth but wire snips would have done it much more easily.I think you could do it with a junior hacksaw if you could hold the wire still.I have several door curtains that we hang in the winter .The one I hung today is in a very awkward-to-hang area, as the top part of the door is concrete not wood so I fixed a hook at both ends into the wooden door frame and then needed something more substantial than the supporting hooks for the concrete bit,I did not use the little hooks as supports along its length but instead large cut nails which were already there. The wire is strong enough for quite a thick curtain.I had to really pull on it to get it to reach the hook I had placed under the cut nail and it held up to that rough handling without splitting or trying to unwind the inner core as has happened in the past with weaker curtain wire. This is perfect for hanging net curtains too, as the diameter of the casing is very small .In conclusion, this is good strong curtain wire and can take a thick door curtain easily.Could really have done with a few more hooks and eyes given the length of wire supplied.

Perfect
Good secure wire with a good selection of hook and eyes included.Has a good stretch but not too flimsy therefore holds weight well. Currently using to hand my voiles on our conservatory and it feels very sturdy.Coating is smooth so no snagging when pulling material along.Really pleased and done a good job.

Useful
This is always useful. The hooks are easily screwed into a wall, and then the wire can be attached to enable net or light curtains to be strung across - or it can be tied outdoors as a washing line. Very versatile.

Its a net wire
There is not much you can say about a Net Wire without waffling on about nothing...So I shall simply state:It's a net wire.It comes with multiple eyes and hooks. It hangs nets.It also hangs curtains. It does exactly what you need it to do.Nothing bad to say about this product.

Net curtain wire
I haven’t used net curtain wire for many years as I prefer the extending poles now. However, I have a tiny window that needed net curtains but couldn’t find a short enough pole. This wire solved the problem as it can be cut to the exact length needed. Then it’s a simple matter of screwing the small hooks into either end of the wire and then the loops into the wall.

Simple to cut to size
Long length with little bag of hook and eyes.My daughter cut piece to replace her old net curtain wire which was sagging a little.Hooks screwed in cleanly and wire was simple to cut to size with wire cutters. Not purchased for years but seems good value.Recommended
