Can you put this over a seat with seat warmers?

I have it over my seats that warm .. I can still feel warmth through it. The material isen thick and is pretty breathable.

Will this work with heated seats? Does the heat still come through well? Is the material okay to be heated?

Yes it will work with heated seats but the heat will not come through as the padding is a little thick.

My car is Acura 2008 is fit too or not ?

Not sure about Acura...they fit our Subaru..
