Was startingvto feel a bit like memoryvwas slipping as I was taking a bit of time to remember some things. Did research and found that a low dose Lithium supplement might help. Like the idea that these are numbered and from a company with a good reputation. High quality easy to swallow and don’t seem to give me any side effects. I will update after using for a month. I do feel a difference in my recall of names and places. Be careful to take them in the sequence they indicate.

Almost through with one box and so far so good. Hard to tell about memory but feeling good and no side effects so far. I still tend to forget names etc. but they come back pretty rapidly. I would certainly order more and give it at least a couple of months. I feel a little elevation in my mood but that might be a placebo effect. Will know better after a couple more boxes. About the packaging. It is really very easy and I think quite well done. It is good to have the days numbered. If you follow their instructions and remove the square the pill is enclosed in from the blister pack first and then pull down the corner it is very simple to remove the pill. I actually think it is a very creative design. Keeps the pill safe and keeps from confusing which day you take it.
