Installed easily on my ASUS mb, but watch out for the NVMe 4.0 slots--some don't actually work unless you have a 12th gen intel CPU, so I had to put this in a 3.0 slot. Also, my PC didn't come with any of the motherboard screws, so I had to scrounge to find one to hold down this card, so make sure you've got the right ones before you order this or you'll be very annoyed when it arrives--these things flop around without the screw, you can't install it without one.Per was fine for the price--a huge step up from the WD Blue SATA SSD it was replacing. This is the OEM drive so it doesn't come with a license for the Acronis True software. I used Macrium Reflect Free Edition to clone my old SSD with no problems (liked it a lot, might actually buy it for my routine backup needs).

I got one of these for an amazing price recently as an upgrade for my recently purchases refurb'd laptop. Very fast, no major problems with the install but I couldn't give a 5 star for install since that's 100% dependent on the machine you are installing it in. My laptop required a special bracket to be purchased, for instance. Over all. Excellent.

Got this for my living room gaming PC. These are great for modern video games that have long load times on a HDD. Check your motherboard first though. If you only have Gen 2 PCIe then you could probably find a cheaper one as this is a Gen 3 SSD. It would still be much faster than a HDD.

Die Verpackung ist recht schlicht, lediglich ein Papp- / Plastik-Blister, wie man ihn z. B. von USB-Sticks kennt. Nichtsdestotrotz wurde sie natürlich zügig ausgepackt und in Sekundenschnelle in den Gaming-PC eingebaut. Bekanntermaßen benötigen M.2-SSDs ja lediglich eine kleine Schraube, um befestigt zu werden. Diese war jedoch nicht im Lieferumfang enthalten (Shame on you, Kingston! ;-) ).Ohne weitere Umschweife wurde die SSD von meinem System erkannt und schon ging es an die Arbeit. Erstmal wurden lediglich Daten zwischen einer herkömmlichen SSD und der NV1 hier hin und her geschoben, dann wurden die ersten Games darauf installiert. Ich muss dazu sagen, dass dies meine erste M.2-SSD ist, aber die Geschwindigkeit, mit der die Daten kopiert werden, ist doch recht ansehnlich. Auf die 2.100 / 1.700 MB bin ich zwar nicht ganz gekommen, aber bekanntermaßen erreicht man die Spitzenwerte ja lediglich "im Optimalfall".Grundlegend sind jedoch Ladebildschirme in Games (RE: Village, DA: Inquisition etc.) deutlich kürzer, was dem Spielfluss sehr zuträglich ist. Bei der grundlegenden Datenübertragung gibt die NV1 auf jeden Fall auch ein gutes Bild ab, ebenso, wie beim Rendern von "größeren" Videos (4k, 60fps).Einzig verbesserungswürdig wären hier wohl die fehlende Schraube im Lieferumfang sowie genauere Angaben der erreichbaren Geschwindigkeiten. Das "bis zu" erreicht man ja im Regelfall sowieso nahezu niemals.Alles in allem gibt es von mir eine eindeutige Kaufempfehlung.
