I wear SuperFeet instead of the Podiatrist custom inserts. I have been wearing them now for a bout 4 years and my plantar fasciitis is pretty much held in check unless I do an activity without the inserts. Last time I played tennis for an hour without inserts it took two weeks to recover, so I know it's still there but never feel it as long as I wear inserts and flip flops with arch support when around the house. I find the Olukai to be very high quality and don't break down too fast. Back to SuperFeet, I have 4 other pairs of full length and have been using some half length Dr. Schols for about 1 year in my casual shoes. They worked ok at first but started breaking down after six months of occasional use. I have been wearing these 1/2 sized SuperFeet for a few months in those casual shoes but also in my leather dress shoes everyday at work. They fit better than the full length and they provide better support in those shoes than either the full length or the short term Dr. Schols that I mentioned. No sign of any wear not even to the gold lettering! These look nice in my dress shoes because they are brown and look like leather a nice touch compared to taking off your dress shoes and seeing neon colored insoles! lol! Super high quality and save my feet, Love these ! Worth every penny!

Bought them on the recommendation of my podiatrist. I have very high arches and loads of foot problems. These are very comfortable and work great in my shoes. They don't slip and I never notice that I have them on, which is all I can ask for.

I was looking for a pair of insoles that I could use them in my Common Projects and tried these. These are very comfortable but they’re big for CPs. I think these will fit comfortably for running shoes and other bigger sized sneakers. They are ultra comfortable and provide right amount of support.

First off, Superfeet inserts are expensive and this is the only reason they don't get a 5-star rating from me. That said, they are a game changer for me. I wear dress shoes all day and when I would come home, my feet would throb. The first time I wore these inserts, I noticed a difference. At the end of the day, my feet no longer hurt and I was ready to go to the gym, without pain. There are several different styles of Superfeet inserts. I have a high instep so I buy the lower profile black or blue inserts and even the heal inserts. All of them are very effective and my feet feel comfortable and not crowded in my shoes.

Hubby was complaining of sore back pain and aching feet. So I suggested to get an pair of inner soles for his shoes We Ordered these and they have made a hugh improvement with the pain he was having.Would recommend them to anyone who is having this situation. Flat feet. I have prescription insoles and they won't fit in any shoe that doesn't have a wide toebox; you're supposed to trim them but I like the way they fit in my daily boots (Red Wings). I got these while my custom insoles were being modified. While my custom insoles wouldn't, they fit my dance shoes, will probably fit my running shoes, and hopefully will also fit my dress shoes (Allen Edmonds). They are that thin. No need to size up shoes so far.As for support, I used to get throbbing foot pain in my arches that lasts for a few days after doing physical activity, usually running, dancing, or lifting. I went dancing in my dance shoes and the next day there was no pain. Maybe there was but a different kind of pain, not the usual 3-day-plus throbbing pain but maybe pain from using a different muscle for the first time. Something was definitely there but it didn't seem as intense or that bad. Today is the second day after use and there is no pain at all. When I danced without an insole, I'd still be feeling it.I did get a blister on both my arches though. The insole is a bit hard and maybe my socks are too thin but I plan to put moleskin on the insole arch to pad it.They also slide around in the shoe if your feet don't fit or aren't in the shoe. Usually, once you get your feet situated and your shoes tied, the insole stays in place.I'd buy these again. In fact, I might buy another so I don't have to switch them around so much. Honestly, if I could do it again, I'd try and make these work first before shelling out $$$ for the custom prescription insole. Prescription insoles are pretty expensive so, if you're on the fence about prescription insoles because of flat foot pain, I'd try these first. Might as well try a ~$30 option before committing to a $300-1000 option.The advice for all insoles whether prescription or not: wear it gradually before wearing it for a full day. Wear it for an hour or two the first day, longer for the second, and so on. Pressure and pain can happen when wearing it for the first time so you have to ween yourself on it. My podiatrist says you can hurt your feet for just jumping in to it right away.

I was looking for something to give court shoes the orthotic feel / arch support of a Finn Comfort shoe. I'm pleased with the result of Superfeet. Not saying they turned ordinary shoes into Finns but definitely took things in that direction. Great product.

The fit and work.

I don't know why I ever used other brands of insoles. These are literally life changing. I wear dress shoes daily and since I started wearing these no more knee/back pains.

I have suffered from the painful condition of plantar fasciitis and these provide excellent support to prevent it. They fit in most boots without any undue concerns. However in dress shoes they do raise the heel somewhat and depending on the shoe can take the heel of the foot beyond the heel cup so that the shoe does not fit properly. Nevertheless they are the best arch supports I have been able to find for dress shoes. I have noted that they do work better if the boot/shoe is half a size bigger than what you would normally wear as they do increase the size by about half a UK size. If these don't work then the other option is to use the inexpensive stick on silicon gel arch supports which take up no space within the shoe although they don't always stick properly and of course not practicable to be moved from shoe to shoe unlike these.. Overall they do work and are very comfortable.

A combination or high-arches, vanity, and creeping middle-age means that some shoes need a little more support. In my case, a pair of Doc Martens' which offered zero arch support but limited room for a full insole. I originally purchased a pair of foam half-insoles but they curled and moved around in the shoe making them uncomfortable.I've used Superfeet insoles before and was glad to see they made a slimmer, half-length insole. These are moulded plastic and offer great arch support without crowding the forrfoot. They fit perfectly (I'm a 10.5) and are snug enough in the shoe that they don't shift around. Most importantly they add support and make the shoes comfortable to wear.Note these are not padded or shock-absorbing, just a contoured, solid support much like an orthotic.

Really comfortable and great price compared to custom made soles. Good support.

Highly recommended if you have sore legs when standing for long time.
