Don’t usually write reviews but wanted to share opinions on this silverware. We oftentimes host large parties at our home - 100 or so people at any given time. Plastic silverware prices have gone crazy and they are unreliable and break. We decided to invest in silverware. I’m fussy about our silverware. I don’t like the lightweight stuff that has no strength or durability to it. I selected this silverware because it is the heavier weight ratings 18/8, and it was reasonably priced. The knives and spoons are pretty decent. The forks are ok - but they don’t have the 18/8 feel that our expensive silverware does. I’m disappointed there is no marking whatsoever on the silverware to back up the 18/8 claim. I think the silverware will hold up for years and pay for itself from not buying plastic. Clean up was easy - just put them in dishwasher or in a large pot of boiling water with dish soap and a couple drops bleach - they came clean and worked well for our party. I bought a small Rubbermaid storage tote to keep all the silverware in for when we have the parties. Four stars because they are a good value for the investment. No pattern - ok we can deal with that. Wish there was a marking to prove the 18/8 claim. They don’t feel as heavy but they will work. If you’re buying silverware and don’t want to pay a ton of money for top of the line, these are a good investment. Don’t get 18/0. That stuff is junk.

Best forks I've ever used in my life. Perfect size, weight, and shape!

Perhaps your teenage kids are like mine- they disappear forks like no other. It always happens. The number of forks dwindles down one by one. A full drawer all of a sudden turns into a single fork that everyone must fight over during dinner time. Do you have any idea how hard it is to share one fork with a family of 5? How do you choose who gets to eat first? It’s absolute chaos. Thankfully for these forks, you can purchase 12 at a decent price. They’re decent quality and a life saver. I have purchased 4 packs in the last 3 years. I’ll be back again when the number of forks drops down and we are tossing a coin to decide who gets to eat with a fork first.Oh and I don’t know who needs to hear this - your kids are throwing your forks away. Just buy the forks!

The forks are beautiful..heavy..but they were not packaged right. The box was crusheð..opened..and the forks was all scattered in the package...so I give the forks 5 stars..the packaging I give a one star......
