If you like Shiva Rea it will give you a good example of what she teaches. Nice yoga trainings filmed in beautiful nature spots with beautiful music.

Shiva is one of few spiritual teachers who offers instructional videos that explains alignment theory and evolutionary sequencing of asanas, and shares the history, mythology and traditional beliefs of movement, dance, and asanas. Most of all, I have learned from years of practising with Shiva's DVDs, to respect your own limitations and enjoy the practise at your individual level, and not to compete with yourself.
