Great smelling coconut oil. I cook with it and it lasted a nice amount of time. Easy to cook with. Didn't overpower the flavors of the food

Very strong in flavor. Wouldnt reccomend usibg a lot of this when cooking. Keeps my hair soft wheb applied after washing. Light, pleasant scent.

I can eat it and moisturize with it

Initially for health reasons, and now, also for the sake of taste, I've replaced all other cooking oils with Coconut Oil. Nutiva is the best brand I've used. I generally buy is in large tubs, 48-78 oz. Such large containers are awkward and clumsy to use in the kitchen, so this glass jar package is the perfect size for convenient dispensing of the Coconut oil. When the jar is empty, I refill it from the large tub. So far, the quality of the oil has been exceptionally good regardless of package size.

I used this for many uses except cooking. I use it a skin conditioner, hair mask, teeth pulling. Flavor is mild and it moisturized well and was easy to spread on. Great product will buy from again.
