I purchased this bed frame in Nov 2022 for my elderly father who broke his hip and lost his right foot due to infection. After a few months of use this is my review:The frame comes assembled, minus the legs. You just unfold, screw the legs in and you are done. We use a 12 inch memory foam mattress, and it works well, I think a 10 inch or smaller would do better.Pros: great price, super easy to assemble, 3 bed hight levels, wireless remote, button to lay bed flat that you don't have to hold down, back adjust to full sitting position, sturdy if not on 3rd hight level, A1 customer service.Cons: the bed adjust very slowly (can be a pro to some), the 3rd hight level isn't super safe as the legs have to be screwed together for a taller bed and the screws bend, night light is dim and doesn't stay on for a long time, can't push flat against wall.Over all this bedframe has been a life saver. I had a few problems (welds broke on top half of bed) but the seller's customer service is amazing and they are sending me a new bed frame. I highly recommend the seller and bed frame for anyone who needs an adjustable bed.

Legs cracked from weight pressure when you lean bed to place it on the floor.Requested leg tube replacement but never got a reply

I have degenerative disc and joint disease of my spine. I have many nerves that are compressed by calcium deposits. I have chronic sever pain. In a regular bed, I could not find a position to lie in that something did not hurt. Getting to sleep was a battle. If I finally got to sleep, upon getting up I hurt so bad I could not walk to the bathroom. This adjustable bed has helped me find positions that do not hurt and I can get to sleep better and when I first stand up I am not in unbearable degrees of pain. That said, there is an issue of stability with the be. The mattress can move to one side a bit off center. Perhaps, it is because I am a restless sleeper even when I do get to sleep. At any rate the entire bed flipped on me once when I was trying to get up. It dumped me onto the floor. I really like the bed, but getting up from it can be tricky. I learned to lean back and keep my weight more toward the center of the bed and get one foot firmly on the floor before trying to stand up. I'm thinking of tying a concrete block or something heavy to the back side of it. It could be the perfect bed if the metal frame contained the mattress rather than the mattress just lying upon the frame.

We bought this bed frame for my 93-year-old mother who is moving in with us. the bed was super easy to assemble, just screw the legs on. However, one of the legs had a screw that was slightly bent. I contacted Amazon on a Saturday around 9pm. at 8 AM on Sunday I had an email from the seller apologizing that it took so long to get back to me. (Amazon had told me it may be 3-4 days before I had a response.) I was asked if I could send a picture of the problem, which I did the next day. I was then told a new leg would be sent and I would receive it on Friday. Instead, the leg arrived on Wednesday. It fit perfectly and the bed is now ready for my mom. It is easy to use with the wireless remote, and I'm sure she will love it

I had ordered this bed back in Nov 2022 for my mother that had started periteneol dialysis daily for 9 hours. At the beginning she was okay with the bed, had really nothing to complain but then with time we started having issues with the mattress bar that keeps the mattress from sliding. For whatever reason the bar is constantly falling so it has gotten to a point where it's becoming annoying. Then we've noticed that to high the head portion had become so slow that I'm starting to wonder in it's the motor or something else? I mean she keeps the position at a certain degree because it's what helps her feel comfortable during treatment. Overall I'm not sure if I would repurchase again..... I definitely have to start looking into another platform for her before this one gives out.

The media could not be loaded. It's really interesting bed even though the idea is come from hospital. It could adjust all kinds of leg and upper body position depends on your need. I can just use the remote to lift my body to watch Netflix movie. Also, one click to make the bed flat to sleep.I also like the bed included 4 USB outlets that allows me to charge my phone, tablet and so on. The bed I purchased is twin XL and I'm thinking to buy another one for my family now.

This bed is very easy to assemble. Just started using it and discovered that the tube legs are not strong enough. They are very unstable, I have fallen into the floor several times now. The tube legs have now cracked and I need to replace them!

I ordered this bed for my elder mom and it’s worked out perfectly. She now could prop up to sleep, assume a more recliner position for tv watching and even has lights to find her slippers. It also helps that the remote is very simple to understand.
