I bought this tape for my daughter and she loved it. The color pops out and is so bright. This tape really helped with her wrist and shoulder pain. It is very sticky and can handle sweat. I used KT Tape Original Cotton for a family 10K run, and it truly worked. My husband had been struggling with calf pain for weeks and wasn’t sure he’d make it to the finish line. The KT Tape gave him the support he needed and completed the run; he even showered afterward with the tape still perfectly in place! I used it on my knee for added protection and felt confident and supported the entire time. This is great for runners, athletes, or anyone needing muscle and joint support without discomfort. Highly recommended for race day.

This tape works really well and easy to remove without leaving sticky residue. Definitely a good product and very reasonably priced

I tend to have some lingering pain on my left side due to muscle fatigue or injury. And then the pain gets worse when I lift a suitcase, or sleep on the wrong side, or pick up my kid at the wrong angle, or any little thing. So I slap this on for a couple days, and it definitely helps prevent reinjury, which allows me to recover more quickly than without it.

Very good tape and hold firm. If u don’t hold it and take your time to put it on. It will not stick perfectly. But other than that it definitely hold in place.

I’m so happy I came across this tape. I need knee replacement in both knees. I’ve tried everything, medicine, PT, injections, etc. Now I’m not saying my pain is totally gone, but I haven’t had this much relief in a long time. This tape sticks very well. I’ve showered and it is still in the same place. I cleaned my leg with alcohol before applying. The strips good in length, I actually cut one in half. I did not stretch the tape at either end and rubbed it after applying. This is a good tape that gets the job done! I definitely will buy again and I recommend!

I bought KT Tape because it’s a well-known brand, and it does have some positives—easy to apply and fairly comfortable at first.However, it started peeling off pretty quickly, especially after sweating or light activity. I also experienced some skin irritation after a few hours, which wasn’t ideal. For almost $12 a roll, I expected more durability and comfort.Interestingly, my roommate picked up a 2-pack from a brand called GJUMP for just a bit more than what I paid. Hers actually stayed on better after workouts and didn’t irritate her skin. It also seemed like a better deal overall.KT works okay for short-term use, but I might explore GJUMP next time.

I twisted my left knee and thanks to KT Tape I’m able to move and get some relieve. Been able to help it healed as I go. I’m on my 3rd or 4th roll now I can’t remember 😅. I’ll be ordering more soon. I highly recommend it!
