I have several cheaper brands but got this one for the camp kitchen since it had the striker included. Works great.

Wow, this thing works!!!
I have another ferro rod, It is great. But this ferro rod is even better!! It really puts out the sparks, is nice and large and should last a long time. It is all ferro rod, a wooden handle on the end would be an improvement. Overall I give this product, "top marks"
