Good quality and good taste
Having used these for quite a few things I have to say I do like them and find them to be good quality.Arrived in an air tight bag that can be sealed up again which is good I have used these crushed for banana bread and even mixed them up in smoothies. They are a lovely addition to food even adding them to some rice dishes they have a nice sweetness to them and I have found them to be very long lasting.Good value and good quality, I have made some nice cakes with them so I recommend them.

Quantity v Quality
On opening there was a very stale smell, not a good start! Tasting was worse, nothing like a pecan should taste. In hopes of salvaging something from my purchase I decided to wash the pieces through a sieve. The water that drained out was dark brown. I patted them dry on a clean white tea towel and quickly regretted this as the tea towel turned a blotchy, rusty brown. I put the towel through a wash cycle in the washing machine, this did not remove any of the stain. I soaked it in diluted bleach for 24 hours, again did not budge the stain. As a last resort I soaked it in neat bleach. This did the trick and the towel returned to white. As for the pecan pieces, after patting dry I put them in a low oven to dry completely before putting back in the container which I also washed out with dish soap. They don't smell quite so stale now but the taste does not resemble a pecan. I will not be buying these again.
