The C-CLIP Knife Sharpener is really great as an always carry sharpener! It is essentially the 4-Rod Turn Box, minus the coarser grit rods at about 1/4 of the size and weight. The Coarser grit rods are 800, while the finer grit are 1000 - not a huge difference which really makes the coarser grit unnecessary.It also comes with a "mini" sharpener and an eraser block, which are nice additions. The "mini" is totally usable. However, the C-CLIP is about the same weight and not really bigger, just a different shape, and is so much easier to use because the sharpening area is larger. The eraser block is totally fine for what it is.The C-CLIP is worth the price alone. Definite recommend!

The mini sharpener is mainly why I bought this combo. I liked the idea you could remove the rods and clean them. The problem is the rods in the mini are cut too short. When you start drawing the knife through them they slide down and come out. Making it useless.The other stick sharpener is ok but you have to try to maintain the draw at a 90 degree angle with no guide.

Mini sharpener is “cheaper” than the old ones but should work fine.C-clip sharpener is handy and does a good job but rods wiggle. Also one rod has imperfections that could affect edge quality . Haven’t tried the eraser yet but if it doesn’t work you can try a pink eraser.

After just a few passes my knives were razor sharp and beyond. It even comes with "an eraser" to clean the sharpener. I love it

Doesn't sharpen knives good at all. Waste of time and money. Wish I would have thought to return in 30 days. Don't waste your money.

Both products work great. But the Keychain/ camping one is so convenient using it more. Just a few easy consist strokes and knives are very sharp!
