Disappointing...
I was so excited for this book, but it went in a totally different direction than what I was expecting which was a huge let down for me.I could have done without the dead wife back story to be honest. Edward was too caught up with his dead wife. He was constantly "hearing" and "talking" to his dead wife and not wanting to move on because he still loves her. After the first time he had sex with Kate, he sees his wife's face. It just rubbed me the wrong way. He kept pushing Kate away because he was still obsessed with his dead wife, but still sexing her because his sexual urges were too strong. As for Kate, she was a pathetic heroine who I couldn't sympathize with. They barely had a romance due to the boss/employee relationship so it was just a discreet affair with sex between them throughout the story.Sad to say I didn't enjoy this story and regrets paying full price for it.

Good storyteller
I guess the title, ‘One night’, is tongue in cheek. Either that or the first part: never-ending, repeated,…got ‘lost in translation’ :)~As the other books I’ve read from this author, it’s well crafted and entertaining. I’d describe the general of her male characters as ‘alphas with contradictions’, and these contradictions are the ones that, on the positive side, act as plot-fodder and wick for the sex scenes but, on the negative side, sets a male character that lacks coherence. And you may or may not like alpha-males, but they are pretty firm on their ways, and for me wavering so much is off-putting. Also I find the female characters a bit weaker but, since most females on most novels are so, I’m mentally trained to disregard it.Also, pretty please, editing, editing, editing. Spell checker just goes so far. But, as I’ve said before about this author, she knows her craft and creates good pieces. I’d recommend her.

A Good Read
This was a good read, not as good as The Assistant to me, but when I downloaded the free sample it did peak my curiosity. Although much like The Assistant this one had a twist with was interesting from the male perspective, though I would have to go back several times when they switch between the main characters inner dialogue....it wasn't always clear. I did finish the book in one day. Just a good read, nothing special to me, nice that they brought Lina and Aiden in this book, but totally changed the personalities from the previous book and I did not like that!

Loved it
When I bought this book I never expected to love it so much. The first scene with the cat sealed the deal. Kate was so down to earth and funny. Loved her relationship with her friend Olivia. Edward was a dream. So sexy and crazy jealous. Their meeting on the train was cute and those steamy one nighters were 5 alarm hot! Didn't want it to end.

One Night - Is never enough!
This book seems to be the companion to "The Assistant" as they revolve around the Jones sisters, Kate and Linna and their hunks..Edward and Aiden respectively. I think it is the quirkiness of the sisters that makes reading these stories interesting. Both revolve around PA's being in love with their bosses, and let it be said that both bosses have an egotistical and reprehensible personality that makes love and hate the double edge sword that it is.

Heartbreakingly sweet and sexy!!
This book almost broke my heart near the end, and yet you can't help but root for both Kate and Edward. Kate is a wonderful person who runs into Edward before she learns that he's her new boss, and they connect immediately. Edward, while working hard not to fall for Kate, comes up with a plan to get over her, but it backfires, and their one night isn't enough. It's a heartfelt book and a must read for both Kate and Edward!!!

Sensual Romance Reading
This was a very enjoyable romance story with lots of interesting characters and also a wonderful storyline.I enjoyed this book from the very first page, it was exceptional and the author developed a story that was not only interesting but also had just the right amount of sensual romance. Definitely a five star rating for this book.

Hot, Sexy, Angsty, Nibble on your Earlobe, True Love!
This is my second book from Ms. Gray that I have had the delightful pleasure to read. Ms. Gray has a wonderful skill set for writing in this genre. This description of the musings and interactions of the two main lovers is artfully and sinfully, panty combustible hot! The pacing is excellent and creates a rapt audience. It is a blissful escape which every reader of romance craves.

Not as good as I'd hoped
This book really wasn't for me it seemed repetitive I stopped half way through reading to find another book to read! It didn't grab me first off but tried to give it a shot as past reads have caught me of guard with terrible beginnings with fab endings! But not this one Edward having conversations with his wife who'd passed just weird , not a fan of this one

Sizzling Hot, Read it one go and re-read
I downloaded the kindle edition to see if it lives up to the name and was waiting to read how the one night stand goes bad. It doesn't at all. Adult romance, has enough amount of story to keep you going. The chemistry between Kate or Katie and Edward is what makes you keep reading the book till the very end. Her no-nonsense Cat has too much of character, I'd say for a pet cat but well it felt nice to know that the Cat knew who her Pet mom wanted! Couldnt put it down. Finished it in 14 hours non -stop! You would too if you are missing some action in life :)Here is another romance novel, for all those horny deprived souls, available online on Amazon. You will enjoy the plot mainly comprising of ticking passion bomb waiting to explode between the Assistant and the Boss.Pros:Makes a good read to fire up your imagination!Plot is decently laid out. Not the regular Mills and BoonHelps to build the vocabulary for a lot of kinky, nonsense stuff!Available in Kindle version too, helps keep such books under wraps from curious onlookers like parents, spouses and Kids!ConsRepetitive story line with so much focus on geeting off the clothes that not much remains once they have their clothes on
